This wonderful game hit the stores around the time Daft Punk dropped "Around the World"

I can't believe the countless hours I used to spend playing this with the rest of my friends when I was little.
Can anyone else relate to this game?

I remember a certain area of the first track, that when boosting, you could go from 4th to 1st! My friends used to hate me

That is my fav SNES game, still have the cartridge. I remember the comentary like it was yesterday "Snake is DOMINATING the race!" IMO one of the best games ever made, you could buy either one of the 2 cars you could afford at the start and then work your way up to the last one, on top of that you could customise your car parts for performance. Epic game.

Yeah it was one of the pioneer games of its time. Kinda like a original Gran Turismo, and paved the way for games like "Twisted Metal" and "Gran Turismo". It was one of the things i looked forward to doing everyday after school. Hah

I cant remember the specific name of the level im thinking about because its been like 15 years since ive played LOL but theres a level in the beginning that allowed you to Boost over a section of the track and jump in front of all your opponents.

Made my friends so pissed off hehe

Played it yesterday.

It was fun, Better then the crap we have nowadays. (need of speed : hot pursuit,undercover )

Only problem I have with this game is the name (sounds childish) but its a fun game .

This game was epic. I remember the day my parents brought it home to me as a surprise, at first I thought it was gonna be terrible, it became one of my favorite SNES games almost instantly... I can't even remember how many times I actually beat that game.. the GBA remake was good also, now I can take it wherever I want! haha
