Well I didn't know this site was considared retro. I'm new to it. But I still enjoy playing all my old Sega games online. And to question the copyrights comment. How is it that Sony which now owns Sega doesn't seek imbursments for the games on here? I honestly don't think it has anything to do with copyrights nor do I care I'm just being a smart "butt".

LOL RSD sometimes I miss the most obvious of things. You'll have to forgive me I have moments like this every now and then. What I also found awesome when I was re-doing Pokemon Red, I searched bulpedia and found an actual Mew cheat. I wish I had known that back in the day when it actually mattered I mean everyone claimed there was a MissingNo Mew cheat but it never worked for me but the one where you do the Abra trick was amazing. I was impressed. Anyway I'm rambling. I just had to share that nugget of info out of sheer excitement. Cody's a N-E-R-D. Yes I am.

The games on here arn't sold for cash but rather allowed to be played.
That and the sheer age of the games (also considering some of the trademarks have expired and / or original developers are gone) means that the companys don't really bother.

Any newer stuff (including Pokemon Diamond, Ruby, etc) can be found as roms on http://www.get-your-rom.com/
Just keep in mind that downloading newer roms is a little iffy as far as legality, hence the notice that all downloads are for "testing" purposes only (not that we can make you delete the roms from your PC if you decide to keep them in any case...)
