So, I want to take screen shots from my YouTube video. But, I don't want to do PRTSC for every single one. I want to be able to put my video in a program, and then set it to where it takes a screen shot every 10 or 15 seconds or something like that from the video. 

Is this even possible? And if so, what program do you guys know of that I can use to do this? Any help will be appreciated. Thanks.

There's probably a program that will do just about anything, but not necessarily for free.  I don't know of any that will do what you're wanting. I'm guessing you want it for the screenshot competition?  I think you're better off doing it like everyone else... and if it's for the screenshot competition, every 10 or 15 seconds seems like overkill.  I don't think you should practically be able to piece together a film from your shots.  XD

most people use puush. You can change the hotkeys, upload files, clip the pics, and more. Though you cant put it on a timer, and You do need to register an account. It IS free however.
