Super Mario 64. A game that I'm sure everyone is familiar with. This is one of my favorite Mario games of all time. Sadly, I lost my Super Mario 64 cartridge at a young age. I was desperate for playing the game again, and I didn't want the DS version. I wanted the original on the Nintendo 64 so I could re-live that moment when I first played Super Mario 64. So with that, I resorted to Ebay. I found and bought a Super Mario 64 cartridge for a cheap price. I was so happy to finally get the game again. Once I got it, I looked at the cartridge and noticed that the label was ripped off. I thought nothing of it and immediately inserted it into my Nintendo 64. The title screen came up as usual, with the Mario head that you can mess around with. I wanted to get straight to the game, so I pressed start and headed off to the profile selection screen. However, for a split second, I noticed that Mario's pupils turned red. All of the profiles had 1 life and no stars. I tried deleting one of the profiles, but it wouldn't let me. I went straight ahead and selected profile A. I entered the game as Mario, like usual. But his face seemed a bit more depressed and sad. There were no trees or plants anywhere, as if a fire had started in the courtyard. I entered the castle, and instead of hearing Bowser's normal laugh, it was a slow and demonic sounding one. I tried looking for the Toads anywhere around the castle, but they were nowhere to be found. I went ahead and entered Bob-omb Battlefield. There were no enemies or anything, but there was one thing I did notice. There was blood around the cannon entrance. I was totally creeped out by this point, so I shut the power to my Nintendo 64 off, and put my hands on my face due to exhaustion. I felt something wet when my hands touched my face. I looked at my hands, and saw blood on them....
