there sure is. The third forum from the bottom (the one right above the treasure and trash cans) is the stories and simulation, and art I think, forum.

That is the place where you can put anything creative that you've made. Stories, pictures etc. And if you want you can get criticism and help in developing the idea further if you ask people to do that.
