My fav. Developers are Infinite Ward (Select COD titles), Neversoft (THPS series and GUN), Black Box (EA Skate series and Black) and Rockstar (GTA series, Red Dead Revolver etc.)

I'd have to agree with Neversoft, I'd have to add Dreamworks (They did a good goosebumps game), Square Enix (of course, FF games and such), Capcom (with Megaman and Resident Evil creations and such)
