This month's High Score competition is for 'Home Alone' for the Sega Genesis. You can play it here:

The point of this competition is to get as high of a score as you can.


VIDEO REQUIRED: You must must use the RGR Plugin's built in video recording to record the gameplay and then upload that video to the Vizzed YouTube account.

RULES: You MUST play the game using the RGR Plugin in 'Timetrial Mode' and take a screenshot of the ending screen by pressing F6 when you've completed the game. To play in 'Timetrial Mode', scroll down the page where it shows the Speed Runs, you'll see a link that says 'Click Here to Compete for Speed Run', click that. Once you've taken your screenshot, click the link near that one that says 'Click Here to Submit your Speed Run' to submit your speed run.

You cannot cheat or use glitches of any sort.

1st = 37,500 Viz or $25
2nd = 20,000 Viz or $10
3rd = 10,000 Viz
4th = 5,000 Viz
5th = 2,500 Viz


Cash Prizes:
The cash Prizes can be paid out in a few ways. I can purchase a membership on a website for you somewhere, I can order something for you off of amazon, I can send you the money via Paypal, I can buy you Microsoft Points, Nintendo Points or Playstation Points and send you the code, I can buy you an Amazon gift card and send you the code, etc.

Davideo7 : The first sentence of your post says this is a speed run competition, but in the announcements it says it's a high score competition.

mrkool078 : It is a high score competition, I'll go and fix that.

I previously submitted a high score for this game. I tried to update my submission, but the screen shot did not change. It is still the screen shot from the previous submission. Is there a way I can change the screen shot?

Kinda bummed. I have tried this 3 times. I get to about 100,000 points with 9 minutes left. But it seems that each time I am between 9-10 minutes left, the picture starts to scramble when the screen changes, and then freezes. All 3 times, I had 100K with about 2-3 more houses to do, no houses lost, so an extra 15,000 bonus if I finished. Pretty certain I would have gotten at least 140-150K points if it didn't keep glitching and freezing in the last quarter of the game
