Hi everyone, I've done everything I could; did everything that was being said on the help page, but it still doesn't work.

I always get 'Plugin not found' and it's really sad, because I really want to be able to play snes and n64 games and all. The Java isn't working for me either. The only thing it has worked with so far is Super Mario Bros on nes. Of course I would like to use the RGR plugin, so that I can play everything. But I would also be very happy if someone could help me with the Java problem. When I tried to play a few snes games, it said that the location couldn't be opened or something like that. So I tried to edit my list, placed http://api.kryptonware.co and com (I tried both) and it did nothing : (

I have Windows 8.1 and use mostly Firefox as a browser. I do have Google Chrome too though.

I really hope someone can help me. I would really appreciate it, and am dying to play those awesome games ^w^

First of all you should really try to uninstall then reinstall the retro game room pluging. That could solve the problem of the plugin not being found.

As for the Java, have you installed the newest form of Java? Some computers are picky and won't run java if it is not fully updated. The java could also benefit if you have the newts form if Adobe too.

As for Firefox and chrome, the RGR plug along with Java both work best for me, so I would recommend you keep using that.

I tried uninstalling it and then reinstalling my first day here, but that didn't work. But I guess I can try once more.

I made sure it was the newest version of Java yup : ) Even went on their website to check it. Thank you for replying. I'll let you know if uninstalling it again worked.

No, it still doesn't work : ( It still says 'plugin not found'
Now I'm scared that I'll just never be able to get it to work...

Here is something I found:
If Vizzed says "Plugin not found." in Firefox, reset Firefox by typing about:support in the url then start a game on Vizzed, when prompted to allow the Plugin, choose Allow and Keep Allowing.
