What is the next move for Obama?

It cant be chewing gum!

No seriously what is left in this term for him to do?

Has the time come to review whether change has really come?

What are your thoughts?

I dont know really.
Both houses are republicans, the president is a democrat.
He can effectively block anything that the houses put forward.
Yet apparently the us president can pass laws nd rulings at his own behest.
Its a very strangevsystem.
I suppose he will throw together some more social policies sonthatvwhen the republicans répelevery one that doesent make them money, people will turn on them.

Essentially the next election will be vote on his policies, becäuse if a republican becomes president they will all be revoked.
From what I can tell hes on the way out. Despite the growing economy people jut don't seem to like him any more.

Im glad it's not my problem, the whole thing seems like a game of throans spoof. Id go insane at how puerile and out of it they all are.

Outgoing governments in all countrys always try to please the voters just before an election.
It goes to show the stupidity of the electorate that people actually forget all the bad things theyve done after a few months of bribes.

thenumberone :

Nice evaluation.

There were lot's of slogan going around saying "Vote Save America" I noticed before the election.

Out country is extremely divided. Although I like it that was for one reason.

Nothing get's done.

One of the biggest things that Obama has done is invoke Obamacare, a new Healthcare system run by the Government, and I honestly really hate, yet at the same time there are so many ways out, I kindof feel like whoever voted for Obama deserves whatever the healthcare system brings upon them if they think that it's so great.

You can actually gain religious exemption from social security here, something I intend to apply for in a few years, both because the system is bad, and because I don't believe in retiring- till you actually aren't able to work anymore.

My grandfather says he can't retire cause then he'd be too bored. He has cut back however.

My Dad's corporation is exempt from Obama Care. I can't remember how he did it, but I like I said, there are a lot of loopholes. . .

Republicans ran on wanting to stop Obama, that's why they got elected, people just don't like him anymore, though honestly, I don't think Obama is done just yet.

I can't believe he won the second election. I live somewhere very liberal, and in the words of my grandpa

"I never heard a president get talked bad about so much and still get re elected."

A lot of people are convinced that he's a moron.

I mean, more people are upset with him, and criticize what he does than Bush.

It's interesting at it's best.

I would love a new conservative President like Reagen.

Can I ask what you thought of him?

Sword legion :
I think reagan was a joke.
He was put into power by lobbyists and danced on their strings.
People argue he was great, he beat americas biggest enemy, Russia, and improved the economy.
The same people hate Obama despite the fact he beat America's biggest enemy (whens the last time you even heard news of the taliban or al'quada (spelt wrong I know) , and the economy is now stronger.

If you watch michael moore's capitalism: a love story, the president gets told to cut his speech by a tobbaco lobbyist.
So many of the power players in the government were lobbyists.
Corporations earned more, and the workers were fired, unions destroyed, debt spiralled.
It was the same problem as 'the good years' before ww1.
American's spent money they didn't have and everyone said, look our economy is great.
And then when the lenders realised they were never going to see that money again the bubble burst and hello economic free fall.

If I were American id either vote obama or an independent. I think hes the prefereable choice givem what I've seen.
I'm just being honest in my analysis.
Too many people just go that guys in this party so he bad, this one in other party he good.
These same dolts are the reason economic free fall will continue to occur every 10-20 years.
Party loyaltys? I have none. They should be loyal to me if they want my vote. This isnt a football team.

thenumberone : The funny thing about Reagan was that he brought the country together under the banner of a flag.  Left and right still disagreed and found reasons to dislike each other but culturally, the U.S. was slightly less divided in the 80s compared to now.  Movies like Rocky IV and Top Gun were making Americans proud to be American.  I can't think of a time in all the years I've lived here that people were more separated and there was a wider schism between political parties than Obama.

And if you're taking Michael Moore at his word, I hope you're looking at things from all angles.  He did a story about Sarnia, Ontario, where people leave their doors unlocked, and then went to Detroit to show how bad it is.  He sure didn't go see what was up in Windsor, Ontario, and he didn't pick anywhere else in Michigan, where most people are comfortable with their neighbors.

He also sure loves the capitalist money he gets.

As for Obama?  He hangs out a while, writes a book, gets a bunch of public speaking gigs, and gets paid.  What else would he do?  I think he's done with being a front-runner for politics.

Death, probably. He's pissed off so many people, including the military. I wouldn't be surprised if a covert mission was done to assassinate Obama.

What next? Since Congress is against him, he will likely use his executive orders to pass his destructive agenda. Unless he wants to "respect" the process, in which case there's going to be another (20%) shutdown. Hopefully the next one is longer and Congress can get MAJOR concessions in order to reign in spending.
