Okay, so here we go, crush time! Who was the one that did it for you? I want to hear all! There is always someone, some hero or heroine in a game that captures our heart in a way. I will tell you my first one. It is Locke from final fantasy 3 (which was super Nintendo though 6 on PlayStation and actually I believe is really 6 in the series). There was just something about his sheer coolness of look, stature, his outfit, and his overall sense of humor. Also in my opinion I find the link to Terra, as I believe anyways, also credits that he is very much a diamond in the rough as many who come from difficult times. Not only does Locke stand out because of his choices but, he takes on leadership and an overall sense of what the bigger picture is. A definite choice for battle with Kefka (that jerk) however, really paired with Terra in that final battle is as good as it is hopelessly romantic. And after "goner" has been cast, and all is said and done, there is Locke, still standing after the torrent only as if a breeze has just blown through his hair. That is either destiny, or just the work of a great mom! Anyways, if you have a crush or had one on a game hero or heroine do tell and don't please feel like you have to go into detail on this, while space invaders is cool it really should just stay a video game. Sheik from Zelda ocarina of time. She would be like an awesome ninja girlfriend yet she would have her face covered. One more is Palutena she is very nice from what ive saw and she has weapons... so a girl who can protect me.  Yay!

I'd go with Rikku from Final Fantasy X.  That chick was in great shape and you could tell she did her sit-ups.  She had a nice personality, laughed and took nothing too seriously.  She could work with machinery and I'm sure there's room in her head for automotive repair.  She also had really nice long hair.

My game heroine crush came a little later in my life. It was Sheena from Tales of Symphonia. She was in my opinion very balanced in her personality, she knew what she wanted and when she jumped to the wrong conclusion she got shy and embarrassed. I loved the way she reacts to things especially Zelos' womanizing. And how she automatically suspects Zelos of perversion and hits him for it. I also enjoyed the fact she took compliments well and I am convinced she had feelings for Lloyd but it was never proven.

I would definitely have to say Heather Mason from silent hill 3. She was so attractive, and the ability to change her outfit into a sailor moon cos play. 10 out of 10  

So... You guys, in another word, are talking about your VG Waifus/Husbandos? I'm down with that. Mine are every female character from FE:A except Aversa, Say'ri, and Flavia (It's called Waifu Emblem for a reason) and Courtney from Omega Ruby. In fact, she's the entire reason I chose Omega Ruby instead of Alpha Sapphire.

I'm thinking Tear from Tales of the Abyss. And Yuna from FFX. And Zelda, Princess Ruto, Malon, and Medli are cool. And Palutena.

The only person who comes to mind is Dr. Liara T'Soni from the Mass Effect series. Some serious girl crush-age happening here. lol I love her character. She's smart, adorable, funny and a bad ass. And that voice! ;p

Well,I think I´m going to say Samus Aran from Metroid and my reasons are because she is widely considered as one of the earliest female protagonists in videogame history and unlike other female videogame characters that are usually pointed out by most experienced gamers as sex symbols and girls with striking assets(like Mai Shiranui or Bayonetta)Samus is tougher,silent,heavily armed and spends most of her time in her bulky suit of high-tech Power Armor.If that´s not good enough for any male(such as myself) to fall madly in love with her then i don´t know what is lol.I mean,even UGO Networks owned by IGN Entertainment named the famous scene when Samus revealed that she was,in fact,a girl by the end of Metroid back in 1986 as the original''jaw-dropping moment''in gaming.

My game hero would have to be Lee from the walking dead. I mean the guy has all the answers. A killer with a heart of gold. And puts his life on the line for a child he just met.

My first was probably Lara Croft. The movie helped this

More recently I'd go with Bayonetta although it would kind of suck having her as a gf if she got mad at you haha so maybe not a good idea in the long run.

Samus Aran...

Samus is indeed one of the best. I love how she leaves nothing behind of the monsters she destroys.. Her suit is awesome and her intelligence is unrivaled. All of you who crush on her have good reason to. I'm sad to say that while I love her she isn't my current crush. Mainly because when I imagine her adventures there isn't time to talk or communicate till after the whole thing. All action is nice but I'm a man of romance and I think her lifestyle leaves a lot to be desired in the romance division. The closest to real romance I ever saw her have was with Adam who is now dead. 

If my desire for romance wasn't as strong I would be more drawn to Samus Aran over Sheena. Her calm demeanor is more appealing and her intelligence is more stimulating than Sheena's immaturity. I've even developed a new suit that is similar to her Zero suit but has all the properties and abilities of her Power suit. It has active camouflage redundant system memory and item backup so she doesn't lose all her powers right off the bat. And a minor disguise feature that mimics appearance and DNA of space pirates and any creature she has scanned. 

its OP I know and it hides her form just like the power suit and morph ball isn't mentioned because it is usually default for all her suits. The only difference would be it has a traction ability that helps it adhere to any surface. 

I'd have to say Tharja from Fire Emblem Awakening. Her obsessive behavior over the main protagonist is precious and really makes her a humorous kind of person. She obviously isn't going to leave you if you get together with her, but she definitely won't give you any space. Also, that DLC mission though, if you know what I mean.

Samus, definitely Samus. She's tough, she's smart, and she's beautiful. She's basically the perfect woman in my eyes.

Cool thread to see and yeah we've all had at least one that we liked a lot or had a crush on. Me personally I had like four that I can think of some being pure heroines and other being evil or half evil. Anyways those 4 are : 
1. Aerith Gainsborough (Final Fantasy VII) - Aerith is a kind and soft-spoken young woman who nonetheless has an impetuous side. She'll willingly put herself at risk to help those in need and go to unusual lengths in order to do so. At one point, she insists upon aiding Cloud by dressing him as a woman so that the two can enter Don Corneo's estate in order to rescue Tifa even though she had never met her before. The two girls become best friends despite having the same love interest. She was beautifully done. 

2. Jaina Proudmoore (World of Warcraft) -  There's reasons to like her and reasons to dislike her. She's suffered quite a lot of loss in her life, but still managed to become a great leader, and one of the most powerful mages in history. She's made mistakes in her past, and she seems to have changed a lot since Theramore was destroyed. However she still seems like a person who represents good in the warcraft universe. Jaina was one of the closest people from the Alliance who worked with trying to bring about peace between the Alliance and Horde. So she is close to Thrall but I can't really tell you if she still is after what happened at Theramore. She's a very strong willed woman but once you really delve into her history you can't help but like her and admire her. 

3. Samus Aran (Metroid Series) - Typically, Samus is depicted as a melancholic hero who, despite her great achievements, remains incredibly lonely and brooding, and seeks revenge against the Space Pirates, especially Ridley, who is personally responsible for the death of her parents. Samus is known to have been inspired by Sigourney Weaver's character Ripley from the Alien series. However, unlike Ripley, Samus is never shown to be traumatized by the Metroids she faces on her various missions. She was, however, petrified when she encountered Ridley in the manga, where she is seen to suffer from Posttraumatic Stress Disorder. What's not to like about a sexy, beautiful, and athletic heroine that can totally kick butt ? So what if she has some issues ... what lead video game character doesn't ?

4. Yuna (Final Fantasy X) - Yuna is the female protagonist of Final Fantasy X and the main protagonist of Final Fantasy X-2. She is the daughter of High Summoner Braska and an unnamed Al Bhed woman, who died when Sin attacked her ship at sea. Yuna's mother was the sister of Cid, who is the father of Rikku and Brother, Yuna's cousins.
A powerful summoner like her father, she embarks on a quest in Final Fantasy X to expel Sin; meeting Tidus, who teaches her that there is more to life than sacrifice. In Final Fantasy X-2, she embarks on another quest, to uncover the mystery behind a movie sphere containing the image of a man resembling her lost love. Yuna is a fairly reserved and serious person, though still very friendly. Ever polite and respectful, Yuna is the epitome of what a "good" Japanese lady should act like. Among other things, she bows a lot. Even when others try to provoke her, she usually manages to stay calm. She is very temperate, and instead of being rude, Yuna is firm in her rebuttals and doesn't let others bowl over her. She is very sensitive, somewhat naïve, and gentle. Beautifully drawn and brought to life in the game. You just couldn't help but like her and wanna be there to help her out and protect her.

Well, I had a tiny crush on Xemnas from Kingdom Hearts II when I was 14 years old. I have bad tastes. The crush didn't last too long.

I enjoyed hearing his voice and his expressions were funny to me. I also liked how piercing his eyes were and I didn't like that I had to kill him since he is the final boss in that game.

Anyways, I also had a tiny crush on Noel from FF XIII- 2. His personality and his awesome hair did it for me.

oldschoolboyz : I would love to marry Saria if I was a video game character. She cares so much about her friends, and she bid farewell to Adult Link as he continues his journey to awaken the other Sages. She never forgets Link after he left, and still cares about him.
