Don't worry, this is not some sort of sneak-off-to-a-night-club thing .

My school is hosting a Halloween party tomorrow that starts at 6 and ends at 9!

I'm really excited; my twin sister is coming with me, I already know my best friend is going, and I discovered today that my crush will be there, too!!!

The high school girls passing around with the tickets for sale also happened to be some of the ones who spent hours and hours preparing the decorations and all in the assembly hall, which is off limits until the party! They told us a bit of what is to come...

They said that they took in suggestions from a lot of the other students throughout the week, and that it is going to be a lot of fun! There's going to be pizza, chips, gummy bears, two different kinds of punch, and so much more! Also, I discovered that tickets are only available to students in the school... Yes... No cruel jokes or mess-ups from those snobby, other-school people who think they'e so cool B).

There was a party last year, too. The music was all that electronic crap we have nowadays, but it doesn't bother me that much, and there were blinding, colorful lights moving at light-speed all over the place, so I ended up spending most of the time with my friends just chatting in the bathroom, leaving to get some mini-hotdogs and cups of Crush every now and then XD.

November 13th... A little late for a Halloween party, huh? Well, in my country, at least, holidays take, like... a REALLY long time for fade away. Like, I actually see Christmas trees sitting out there in the open as late as February XD. The whole "spooky" atmosphere thing is still here, at least at my school, and we're having the party anyway because it was supposed to be on October 31st, but it's been postponed for eons .

Anyway, I honestly can't wait! Three hours of free junk food after being such a good girl for all this time? Sounds good to me XD!

NintendoFanKimmy, out!~

Sounds like you're going to have so much fun there! It's such a good thing that holidays take so long to fade away where you live. Here, it usually takes less than a month. I still had a Christmas tree in my room until March, though. XD

I'm really hyped up for this Saturday because my school is having a dance called the Military Ball for all of the JROTC students. That means I'm going in my JROTC uniform and hanging out with a few of my friends! It starts early in the evening and ends at 11 PM! My best friend is the freshman attendant so she's going to be doing a lot for the event.

You think the choice of time is strange? I can recall attending a Christmas party in March.

It's great to hear you heading off to a party. Parties are always great, especially when there's music (preferably rock, i really don't like rap but I'll survive).

I remember the bestest party ever was one in 2012 during the new year. The drinks were great, the music was even better, and the people were the best. Wish i could have more experiences like that.

That's awesome!

I hope you have fun!

A two-week late Halloween party isn't too weird.

There are many who already have Christmas trees up. haha.
