Ah the classic Space ace the story that would either make you laugh from the corniness of it all, cry because it's so cheesy, but amusing, or bang your fist along the wall, because you missed that button, and you have to start all over because you ran out of lives. Oh man that is why I love saves, saving was in my opinion the best thing in video games since sound.

The premise: A classic tale of heroic behavior gets the maiden in distress come to life, well at least in gaming life, the classic big buff male, trying to save the weak female, maybe one day they will make a space she ace, who knows. But anyways the main premise is the main character named Ace, who is sharing his adventures with his lovely girlfriend named Kimberly, I am not really sure if she was ever mentioned as a princess or a queen, but to me at least in my opinion she looks like a possible galactic queen like such classic examples of Rosalina from the Mario verse, and basically one day a space vigilante and or pirate named Borf, uproots the adventure's of Ace, and steals his girlfriend, but not without using his crazy infamous ray called the "infanto ray" (classic and original name right I know I know). Which turns good old Ace into a juvenile. Now not like a cool kid like in the movie Three Ninja's no a very annoying kid that you can't really stand too much, at least for me that is. And basically it's a quest to go help your girlfriend be freed, and ruin the plans of Commander Borf.

Overall: 7.5/10 I rated it a seven point five out of ten, now I know from my premise it did not sound like I liked it at all that much, but really for it's time it was iconic, and not lacking really in any area other than the Depth aspect. If you like the classic Prince saves the princess genre then this my good friend is right up your alley. For the time period this was in it was quite legendary also it was a spin off to the iconic Dragon Tails which the majority of course loves that series.

Graphics: 8/10 I rated the graphics an eight out of ten, it may look like nothing now, with PS4, Wii U, and the Xbox One, but given it's time, this was ground breaking, truly an inspiration really, I remember my class mates talking about the amazing scenes these particular games have and contained, more than likely if your around I would say 24 I would recommend this for you, but don't get me wrong fans of classics who are of younger decent by all means try this game out, it's a pure gem.

Sound: 6/10 I rated the sound a six out of ten I rated this one of the lowest, frankly because sometimes the noises from the weird robots, and enemies get kind of old fast. The sound though is alright for it's time, if anything don't let the sound not make you play this, it is a good game, just let the speakers have a rest if you get distracted.

Addictive: 7/10 I rated this a seven out of ten, it's very simplistic, but let me tell you, I guarantee you will be wanting to get to the end of this game, the button sequence is very addicting, it reminds of the Final Fantasy 9 sequence in the beginning where you have to press the right button at the right time with Zidane to impress the queen, and the audience. You just say to yourself "Man just one more time, maybe I can best my old time."  But if you like button sequence games, I suggest this game for you. It can easily take hours away from your time.

Story: 8/10 I rated the story an eight out of ten, I know in the premise it sounded cheesy and I didn't really make it sound too positive, but without giving away too much, just at least try it, it's a delightful feel good story. A story over triumph, and inner dignity, it's fluid and the validity is very forthcoming. Really no wait what on earth is going on moments, well maybe on or two, but very slight, and those moments are quite humorous, that's another positive in this game, if you like humor, then you will love this game.

Depth:  3/10 I rated Depth the lowest out of it all I gave it a three out of ten, because really it's a simplistic storyline, with straightforwardness as an integral part of it. There really is no hidden meaning or anything of the sort, but it's enjoyable none the less.

Difficulty: 10/10 I gave this the highest rank because let me just tell you, if you even just slightly not hit the right key you will lose the sequence, and have to start all over, and there are limited continues, which if you don't do it after after a certain amount of tries you have to start the entire game over. So if you love a insanely hard challenge this game will be right up your alley.

Finally, this game is a classic, and legendary amongst other video games within this particular series, it's an iconic legacy in the history of gaming, so if you want my advice young or old you should definitely at least give this game a try you might like it.
