Hi everyone i just installed sims 3 on my new windows(7)

So its was done than i patched it to 1.6.6.002002 from 1.0.631.00002.
Than i installed Sims 3 World Adventures
....But when i start the game with the desktop shortcut it dont start.
But when i go to the Directory and press on TS3 or TS3EP01
Than the game start successful.
But i want to set some custom items in the folder from Sims 3 in My Documents but they dont appear.
So if i dont can launch the launcher i cant set any custom items or download.
Any Got An Idea?
