Help with a few Pokémon locations.

Hey. I'm trying to complete the Dark Rising II pokédex (because I am generally a person that doesn't put a game away unless it is fully completed), and I have yet to find a few pokémon that I'd need for this task to be achieved.

If anyone on this board has a hint where I can find those, feel free to reply so I can finish the location guide I was making (The one I previously used for this information is incomplete, it misses a few locations.)
I'm mostly looking for these pokémon:

Squirtle
Gastly*
Elgyem
Smeargle
Mudkip
Ralts**
Nosepass*

*: Not entirely necessary since their evolved forms are in game, but I technically prefer to evolve pokémon myself than to catch a fully evolved one.
**: Other than the one
