So apparently I failed the newbie quiz???  Has anybody had this message before when replying to a post?

I just clicked the reply to post button and it failed.... With some message like "You failed the newbie quiz"
If that wasn't spam I don't know what is, super fail.

That is very weird because it says that you passed the newbie quiz. It could be some sort of glitch or spam that needs fixing. This is a first time for everything.

Also, I think that this should be in the help/question section instead of the newbie forum.

Local moderator : is it possible to fix this situation?

It is most likely a glitch, I have had this occur when trying to write a review. Still occurring.

This is a well known glitch... never fear!  When you are writing a post, the problem is that vizzed sees you as 'idle'.  Thus, after 30 or so minutes, it thinks you have 'logged' out and any work you submitted can't technically be posted by a guest.  Thus, it gives you the prompt about the newbie quiz.

In order to avoid this, I typically have another tab with vizzed open, and I refresh that tab every 20 minutes or so.  Then, I never have that problem because vizzed sees me as active.

If you don't want to do that, you can always copy your post every now and then. The downside to that method is that when you paste it into another forum reply, you have to reformat it all.

Singelli : That is probably the correct assumption, I thought it might be because I hit 50 posts on that one. Instead of having a second go at the quiz it just glitched, Oh well I got 90% on the quiz the first time and I hit 50 posts so I'm happy.

Thanks for the advice though.

No problem at all.

Local Mods :
Problem solved.

If anyone still has the issue, it might just be an issue with cookies (???) or something.  Closing your browser and opening a new one should work.  SadSecrets had to do that yesterday.
