There are many different brands of headphones, there are the small ones that tangle in your pocket, the large ones that rest on your head, and many others. What kind do you use and what is your favorite? Right now I have a small pair of no name headphones that I got from the Brooklyn Book Festival. My favorite pair has to be Urban Beats. I have had two pairs of Urban Beatz in my life, I left the first pair at work and they got thrown out, and the left side of the 2nd pair went out but I still have them.

So how many threads like this are you going to create?    What kinds of.....backpacks, headphones, computers, keyboards, water bottles, paper, staplers...do you own? I can look around my desk and give you tons of ideas.  

Teasing, though you MIGHT want to be careful about creating threads willy-nilly like you did during the last TdV.  (I'm only saying this because of how you ended up feeling by the end of the month.)

Anyways, my husband buys headphones every other day.  (Perhaps not that often, but it certainly feels like it.)  Due to his obsession, I have several pairs, but only two that I really use.  They're both very cheap.  One is the pair that came with my Galaxy S5. The other is a more expensive, cordless set. I can't remember the brand name, but the piece connecting both buds is actually flat.  It requires charging through a USB port.

I use Beats by Dre Solos that my brother bought some years ago. I bought them off of him of $100 back in January. They're damn good, but I wouldn't pay full sticker price for them. You can get much better headphones for MSRP, but for $100, it was money well spent.

I have a pretty cheap pair. It does well with sound quality up through 128 kbps, so I'm fine with it.

I'd like to get better ones, but I don't want to blow too much money for them. If I do end up going for better ones, I'm probably not going to get Beats at store price. I'd go for a pair with similar sound quality, but from a smaller name brand.

Singelli : You know what? That's a great idea, I always wanted to make a thread about your favorite Lego design. But what do you mean? I felt great that other time. It was at the start of the month where I was dying.

I have a somewhat cheap kind it was about $15 but it does have very good sound quality so I'm alright with it

I usually like getting the Skull Candy Ear buds. But, right now, I have some ear buds made by I don't know. My headphones broke earlier this year, and my little sister had a spare pair, so she gave me these ones. 

I'm using a brand of headphones whose name i can't remember. They go into the USB jack, since my proper headphone jack literally fell out a year ago. It's not the greatest pair ever, but they do their job good enough for me. I'm hardly an audiophile.

I'm using stock samsung headphones currently, but I'm no stranger, I've had beats by dre, sony's, sub woofers and I'm looking to get a pair of soul's by Ludacris! The stock samsungs are surprisingly better than any (respectable) store bought earbuds I've used before.

I have a pair of small earbuds that I got as a gift from a friend. I like how it has a built-in microphone and they are still working for 4 months straight so far. I am hoping that these pairs will last for at least a year.

I usually just use regular small headphones that aren't of any particular brand because I don't really care as long as they function. Mainly for when I'm watching videos or playing games on my laptop so I wont disturb the rest of my family.

The headphones I currently use are of the Skull Candy brand, although I forget what model they are since they were bought 4-5 years ago. They have good audio quality but I'm sure you could get better for a sixty dollar price tag nowadays. When I go for a bike ride or am just using my phone as an iPod around the house I use the earbuds that came with the phone. The earbuds are surprisingly good considering they were stock.

Chindogu : You have had the same pair of headphones for 4 years? I wish I had headphones that could last that long. The best ones I had, lasted for almost a year until they were stolen back in May, and I had about 7 different pairs since then, all of them lost functionality in the left side after a few weeks or so, one of them after 3 or 4 days.

I have two pairs that I consistently use. My best quality are my Skull Candy Hesh. They're the over the head type. It has a really nice sound. My second pair are just simple ear buds that block out the sound. I've been using those the most because the cord for my Skull Candys broke so I can't use them until I get another.

I have a set of good ear buds I got for Christmas a few years back. I can't remember the brand. The sound is pretty good and they're really comfortable. I would like to get a pair of over-the-ear headphones though one day, but headphones are never the first thing on my mind when I go shopping. 

zanderlex : The topic of favorite Lego design interests me more than what I would type denouncing Dr. Dre's headphones. I wish that was the topic. I am literally the 80's space guy from The Lego Movie. SPACESHIP!!!

I use the Logitech H110 Headset. It comes with a built-in mic. Plus, it's only like $11 bucks at Walmart. To be honest, my last version of this model, died not too long ago. Lasted me for two years, which was a shocker to me! It's a good thing that I took the ear and mic muffs off my last one, heheh. 

For some random reason, the Urban Beatz headphones I mentioned that I left lying around after they broke 3 months ago magically fixed themselves. I was on my laptop, but my regular audiobook headphones that are now broken were in my dresser and I was too lazy to get them so I reached for these. I figured I would use these since they have the exact same problem as the others, so there wouldn't be a difference and I was surprised to see that both sides were working now.

I don't know what kind of headphones I use right now, all I know is that they were $5 from Big Lots! Also, they're flimsy, making them easy to put on and adjust, and they have a string cord. Beats by Dre is my favorite kind of headphones, of course. Everyone that could get them uses them at my school!
