This post is going to be a little different to what most of you are probably used to. I have a routine that I try to do at least once a day. To keep me physically active while I'm currently not at work, I do push-ups to keep fit.

I can do about 30 proper push-ups in one continuous motion. (show off right)
Something else I'm pretty good with is a skipping rope. They are really good for fitness.

So if you have any interest in this subject, tell me a physical activity that you're good at.
This includes sports or running, surfing. Anything.

I swim, play tennis, and sometimes basketball. I also run (sometimes for up to an hour) and do loads of sit-ups as well as push-ups. It keeps me healthy and i have a fair bit of muscle because of it.

I'm decent at running, and I'm okay at swimming.

For running, I'm at the point where I can go for as long as I want to. I've generally kept my workouts between 5 and 7 miles, but I used to go for hours on trails with the team back in high school. I'm not back to that level just yet, but I've been steadily improving after the off-season.

I focus on running, which I feel hurts my swimming. It has something to do with breathing habits. Still I can do between 250 and 300 m freestyle at a decent speed. That's not too impressive, but seeing as I could barely do 50 when I first started, it's a BIG improvement. I did backstroke and breaststroke for the individual events during meets, though, since that matched my skillset.

I'm pretty solid at lifting anything with my legs... I've never actually been to a gym to see how much i can lift etc... But due to the way i walk.. I naturally work out my legs everyday....

I've been playing dodgeball for about 8-9 years now as well so I'd like to say I'm at least good at that

besides that ever since i got epilepsy my fitness and physical capabilities have gone down hill tremendously... So maybe a good 4-5 years of working out might make me able to go on 10 mile cross country runs and other delightful things

Long story short.. I was on a college course based around physical exercise and national services, army, navy etc.. So our Physical training teacher was an ex marine... so yeah.. I used to be extremely fit.. Then i got epilepsy.. And lost the confidence to really do anything... life sucks eh

I do it all.  I was born in a time before the internet was pervasive so I used to outside and play with a bunch of kids in the neighborhood.  We didn't have the world bubble-wrapped and we could run off and go do stuff as long as I was in by the time the street lights came on and my parents generally knew where I was.

Saying that, I play soccer, baseball, basketball, football, ping-pong, volleyball, tennis, etc.  I wasn't very good at hockey and I can swim but I'm not especially fast.

I like pull-ups, push-ups, dips, and sit-ups and I have run a sub 4 hour marathon once (3:57:05 in Indianapolis, thank you very much).  I love being physically fit because I know how my body works and I'm an asset on a sports field/court/arena/whatever.  I love competition and sports and I make it a huge part of my day.

Well, before the Army and me messing up my back and a knee, I was a sprinter.
Thankfully though, I can still punt a football as decently as I did while I was in high school, so there is that.

warmaker : that's great work. you sound like you are fairly active and fit. running long distance itsn't easy. I am in no way as fit as I used to but it was a few years ago I played football and had a bmx bike I frequently used after getting home from highschool, sometimes I would even ride to football training.

The posts in this thread have made me think how much effort I could put into running and keeping fit but I would be talking small distance first. I might even go for a jog to see how fit I am haha. that'll be a laugh.

I go outside to take a walk most of the time to feel energize and get some fresh air. I need to walk around a lot during school so walking will help me out throughout the school year.
