So, I decided to give blogging a second chance. At least once a week, hopefully on Mondays, I will be talking about big events that took place over the weekend and the previous week. If something really major happened, then I may make multiple entries in a  week.

ENTRY #1 09/22/2014

There have been quite a few big events for me over the weekend. On Staurday, I went with Red and Min to watch the Maze Runner in a special new theatre called AMC Prime and the theatre was amazing with cool lights, and reclining seats. After the movie we went to GameSTop and Min bought me a copy of the remastered Final Fantasy x/x2 for Vita. We also went to Strand Bookstore and Forbidden Planet, a large Comic Book store in Manhattan. After that, we went to where Min works so he can pick up his money and we went to the mall so he can buy clothes and we ate there in the food court.

Sunday had been just as much fun because I went to the Brooklyn Book Festival, one of the largest book events in the country. I bought a copy of the newsest 39 Clues book so I could get it signed by the author, Gordon Korman, my favorite author. I ended up buying one of his books there and after hearing him at his event where he read an excerpt from one of his current books, I ended up buying that book as well and i got all 3 of the signed and we were able to talk for a few minutes.

At he festival, I had also met R.L. Stine, and Bob Saget. I also recieved free headphones and dozens of free ebooks, so I had a great day overall.

Hopefully, this week can be just as much fun.

Entry #2 My Luck Knows No Boundaries 09/26/2014

I have always been known to have excellent luck, whether I win free camping trips, invitations, or countless free games, movies, and books, I have always had tons of luck on certain areas. Today, the luck had shined even more on 2 ways, one regular way and one super way.

I have a Belly card, and today I recieved an email saying that I won a whole lot of free food. I recieved a card for 2 slices of pizza and a soda at a resteraunt in Manhattan, a card for free crepes, another for free donuts, a roughly $90 7-11 gift card and more.

that's what I call good luck, bit what happened later in the day was even better. This event started yesterday when I wanted to find out what was going on in the New York Mets day game. I logged into my Club Mets account for the first time all year so I could use the free MLB radio subscription that comes with the membership. The first thing I see when I log in is an ad for the last contest of the year. 1 grand prize winner wins 4 special tickets to the final game of the season and 5 1st prize winners each win an elite signed ball worth at least $100 each. All the balls were signed by big Mets stars, so I decided to give it a shot. Less than 24 hours later I get a call from the Mets main offices saying that I won the grand prize. Now I wish I had actually read through the entire grand prize prize list instead of just skipping to the runner up, because I don't even know what kind of seats they are, but my logic says that if the runner up prizes total at least $600, than this should be something really worthwhile and I'm super excited about it, and I have no reason to believe luck isn't a part of it.

Entry #3 Much Funness 09/28/2014

The weekend had been great so far. On Saturday, I went with Red and Min to Manhattan and we spent a few hours at the Sony Wonder Tech lab. Next we went to Rockefeller Center and I found an awesome Gamestop. Ever since the start of the summer, I had been in need of a new Vita version of MLB 14: The Show and for some reason, this location was selling the game new for only $20. I was shocked that the game was so cheap because a new copy of the 2013 version was $30 in that location and a pre owned PS3 version of the 2014 game was $55. Min bought the game for me and said I only have to pay him $15 for it, so it was a pretty cool day.

So far, Sunday was just as good. I had to pick up my 4 free Mets tickets, so I had no idea where I was sitting or what the value was. All I knew was that the cheapest ticket I could get was worth $20 each in the 5th level of seating. I told myself I would try to sell the other 3 for $10 if it was these seats. I was secretly hoping that the tickets were for the Pepsi Porch, which are the cheapest seats on the 3rd level and during regular, non special games go for about $30 to $40 dollars.

That was not the case, when I picked up the tickets and pulled them out of the envelope, I was shocked to see that the section started with a 1, meaning field level seats. They weren't home plate seats or dugout/infield seats which can go for $300 to $1000 but were still field level seats. I told myself that I had to try to sell the other 3 tickets for $50 each, but I was a bot nervous since its illegal and all. In the end, I found a guy with 2 kids who was on the line to buy tickets and I just gave them to him.

Not only is it the final game of the year which is usually a big deal, but there are a ton of promotions for today and because of the "importance" of the game. Every fan was given a free 2015 schedule and the first 20000 fans were given a Casey Stengel Bobblehead. There is also supposed to be a small celebration for Bobby Abreau's final game. In addition to that, as long as the Mets win or both the Mets and Braves lose, the Mets will have a shot at 2nd place, so everybody's excited, especially me.
