I've seen lots of start up channels on YouTube, but the best channel by far that I've found was FlipsiderFilms. I found it a few months ago while I was looking up Pokémon videos, and I'm glad I did.

FlipsiderFilms makes comedic skits and awesome movie trailers. If you haven't heard of them, you should definitely check them out. Here are a few examples of their work:

It's a pretty good channel, but it's not the kind of one that I would spend a ton of time watching like Markiplier or somebody, but some of these videos are really good.
