Well most houses in the UK have baths, Probably due to the time that most of the houses were actually built. Though in my current abode we do have a shower and a separate bath.  There's quite a few places that have a bath/shower combination... E.G it's a bathtub with a shower head and a curtain rail. 

I used to really enjoy baths.. But due to the current place I'm living in.. I'd rather never have a bath... I'll stick to showers.

Yeah, I have a bath/shower combo in my house,

I live in a dorm, so there aren't any tubs here.

But I don't really mind that it's shower-only. I'd only ever take a bath after a run, and those were ice-baths. I've been able to replace them with freezing-cold showers. =P

I have a bath which is also a shower, there are glass doors for you to open before you are able to step in. I like to shower to get clean and when I want to sit down and relax I run my bubble baths while listening to some music. Yes I take bubble baths  =X
