I would join. But then I'll feel completely new joining at a board with totally new people. So you can count me out on it. And no offense though... But I think trying to get someone to join (by force) just so that you can be on staff is a bit unfair and rude. Instead just advertise the board and leave the try getting in staff part out. That might make things work better. And what's mean't you advertise your board by giving a link out in this forum and telling people to look at the site or whatever. Then putting the link in your sig or biography, know what I mean?
