We know that they might be some people out there that might attend arenas/stadiums where a sporting event is taking place, either if it's pee-wee/little league, Middle School, High School, College, or Professional, and in any sports (football, basketball, baseball, soccer, wrestling, etc). Plus I'll sticky this because of how importain this can be

Like for me for an example, I'm planning on watching WWE Monday Night Raw live in person on Monday, September 15th, 2014 in Lafayette, LA. So who knows, you may see me irl if you're attending that event. Also, the good thing is if you watch WWE on TV, you know where the main camera angle is, I'll be farther back in the middle on the left side of the TV so you may spot me.



Anyways, have you planned on attending any live sporting events or have attended one before?

I don't put much planning into it.  We just go to games.  I go to multiple Detroit Tiger baseball games each year, several Michigan football games, some Michigan hoops, some Pistons, the occasional Red Wings game, and so on.

I don't know that a whole lot of work goes into it either.  We get some tickets, turn around and drive out, have fun and enjoy some competitive athletics, and go home.  There may or may not be drinking alcohol in the equation somewhere.  There is definitely booing, which is my favorite, and I boo heartily at the players and umpires, refs, and coaches I decide to not care for.

I've been to a few football games before, all of them involved Liverpool, and if it counts for anything: I get to watch football nearly every week, from pitch-side, at Sunday League football (I'm part of the team, so nyeh)

I've been to 9 wrestling events including a Monday Night Live Raw, which was awesome. I've also been to a handful of hockey, football and baseball games. And I went to the Pan American Games when they were in the city.

The last sporting event I went to was the Nashville Predators versus one of their biggest rivals, the Florida Panthers! The Panthers is my dad's favorite hockey team of all time, and I didn't really care for the Predators, so I went along with him cheering for the Panthers. Sadly, they lost at the shootout. It was really fun, though, and I hope to see more games with them in the future.

The only sporting events I have attended that were not mandatory was one of my sister's basketball games and a cousin's baseball game. I enjoyed the basketball game a lot more than the baseball, despite me liking baseball marginally more. It was cold and windy and I didn't have a coat with me, so I froze the entire time I stood and watched the game. Couldn't leave because the cousin playing was my ride home.

The mandatory ones were all football games. Part of the package when you're in marching band. I hate football with a passion now as a result, though still love band. Just the games. So much hate. Partially because the band was always tasked with cleaning up the bleachers after home games -- not just the ones we sat in, but ALL of them -- and it would sometimes mean I didn't get home until well after 1 in the morning. Also partially because the football players made it their life goals to torment the band members who were smaller than them. And as the shortest girl on campus, I bore the brunt of a lot of it. Save for one guy who played both basketball and football. He defended me and actually punched a few people out (including one psycho who wound up arrested after he gave death threats to me and another kid and punched the assistant principal in the face...) to keep me from getting beat up. Never knew what made him take a shine to me, but it was nice having a protector sometimes. Didn't stop my hatred of having to be at every single football game, though. XD

I've attended 2 sporting events in my lifetime, a Cincinnati Reds game and a NASCAR race in Pocono. I went to the Pocono race with my parents when I was a little kid. I never liked NASCAR so I was very bored the whole time. I can't remember anything other than that though. A also attended the Reds game when I was younger. That one I enjoyed more because of all the food and snow cones I got lol. Some day I'd love to be able to attend a Cincinnati Bengals game and possibly the Super Bowl, though I'll likely never be able to attend the latter event because of how expensive it is.

I don't plan on attending any sports events live soon, but in the future I plan on going to more Toledo Mud Hens games (especially since my whole family would like to do that).

I've been to 2 Toledo Mud Hens baseball games live, and I've been to a Cleveland Indians baseball game live as well. All of those experiences were so fun It's always more fun for me to go to a game than it is to watch one on TV!
