You sadly cannot evolve Pokémon through trade if there is no in game trade as netplay does not support the Pokémon games, thankfully there are still ways to acquire these Pokémon through glitches though I am not able to post them in full I can tell you the name of one and send you in the right direction, it's name is the Mew or as you plan on using it Ditto glitch simply go to the bulbapedia page on the glitch and it will tell you what you have to do to get any Pokémon you want.
