step 1 bring up the control interface or double click step 2 plug in x box controller step 3 click n 64 controller 4 and put keyboard on 4 step 5 go back to n 64 controller 1 and under devices their should be controller game pad for x box 360 click it and close if this doesn't than put 1 2 and 3 n 64 controllers as x box controller his is how mine is setup and it works p.s click default button setting before playing p.p.s the d-pad is not for moving the cursor in pause or menu. x box CONTROLS A is to roll or back step or interact B is to swing sword save in pause deny Y is first person look around X is z target START is pause SELECT is the right c pad arrow  RB is left c pad LB is down c pad RS OR R3 pushed in map switch to on or off LS or L3 is crouch shield as adult the same as child link ocarina controls are easy to figure out i think that's all the controls i hope this helps whoever reads it bow hook shoot you click lb rb or select twice to bring it out and then shoot.

yourteammate25 :

I do something similar with my controls, but I try to recreate the n64 controller on the xbox 360.

I use the directional pad for the c buttons, a and b of course still do a and b functions, I have RB for map toggle, and RT for Z target, as I used my right middle finger for Z or index.  LB is shield, Look around is directional button up.  How do I aim? Well funky controls, it kinda just turns into an airplane simulator to aim, where down is aim up and up is aim down.  I think it puts a nice spin on the game, but unfortunately I am not the same caliber, just no substitute for n64 controller
