That's a tough one man. I would try to get to know her better. There are sometimes girls who look okay at first but are personally not very nice. If you still like her while you got to know her better I would maybe talk with your friend first what he thinks about it, if he would be disgusted by the idea then set it out of your mind. If he would be okay with that, maybe you could try to do some things with that sister. But be sure to talk to both your parents and their parents about it, because even they might disagree.

Then again, I'm young and I have never dated or had a crush on a sister of one of my friends so this may be not the best advice ever but I hope you can use it though.

If you love someone enough, go for it? It depends on whether you are willing to jeopardize the relationship with your friend for an intimate relationship with their sibling. If the person is worth it, go ahead and see what might happen. Personally, I would not go for it because I would have no idea how to go about doing so, but eh, I never know, it is possible that I would. I have never been in a situation such as this before, so I am not entirely positive what I would or would not do.
