This isn't exactly uploading or anything, I'm asking how you feel as a downloader. Ok I don't even understand that. Basically what I'm asking is if you support piracy as long as you eventually purchase the game. I've done this with fallout 3 & new Vegas, skyrim, call of duty black ops 2 and Pokémon white, all of them were pirated, but I eventually bought copies of them. Some game devs even support piracy. So what are your views on it?

I dont like it when people pirate games just to avoid paying money. If its because the developer are known to be A holes I have a different attitude to it.

I have different stances on it depending on the occasion. If you are robbing a small developer of money, or a developer that would likely not be able to keep bringing titles from overseas here of money, then I say that it is a bad thing because you are actually hurting them. If the company has draconian policies, and you don't believe that they deserve money, then go for it. The odds are the company is actually making loads of money, and would not suffer from your single purchase. I also do not believe that it is a bad thing in the case of you having no money because you would not be able to afford to buy the item as it is, so you might as well enjoy something knowing that you would not really be taking money from someone. It all depends on the situation.

There are two types of pirates (well, three, arr...): Ones who have no way of accessing the game any other way, and those who just are too lazy to pay money to buy such game. In the case of the former, I would say more power to you, just don't get in any legal troubles. I understand the piracy in that case, not necessarily support it, but you reasoning makes it okay in my eyes.

In the case of the latter....
