Unfortuantly, I'm now suffering a massive problem with my iPod, I can't access the YouTube app or even download any apps!

If anyone on Vizzed knows how to fix this, please read below and tell me what it could be. I can't find any source on the Internet that can fix this, not even apple has a way to fix the app store for my new iPod. I downloaded 14 apps and it won't connect for any of them.

Here's what you need to know for this problem:
- I can access YouTube perfectly fine on my other iPod.
- I can connect to the Internet and play all my other apps fine.
- Firmware is updated to iOS 6.1.6 which is my iPod model's current version.
- My date is correct. (6/30/2014 1:15 AM in my time zone.)
- I tried restarting my iPod many times.
- I can access YouTube Capture.
- I don't have a computer for myself to use to backup my apps and camera roll to restore.
- I can access YouTube via Internet browser and watch videos no problem, but I need the app to work again.
- Downloaded nothing before this that could've caused YouTube or the App Store to malfunction.
- Deleted website data multiple times.
- Video or image thumbnails on the Internet won't load.
- I got the iPod for Christmas last year.
- 4th Generation iPod iOS 6.1.6

I really do need help or else I won't be able to download anything or even watch YouTube videos on my newer iPod anymore.
