Mine personally, would be "Dearly Beloved" from the Kingdom Hearts series. "To Zanarkand" From Final Fantasy X is a close second, I like those songs because they are just so beautiful, and really set the tone for the rest of the game. An honorable mention would be the original Legend of Zelda theme, just because it is so fun to listen to, and it always puts a smile on my face. (It's actually my ringtone believe it or not.)

My favorite video game song also comes from my favorite video game. Tecmo Super Bowl...when you first turn the game on, don't do anything. Let the beginning part play itself out. When you start to hear the music about the time you see the "Ready" caption, THAT is my favorite video game song. The best song comes from the best game, how ironic.
