It'd be nice to have an advice forum (for advice on life, school, relationships, etc.) because i've seen a few threads/posts about people asking for that type of advice lately. (besides my own) and i am a type of person who likes to help people in their time of need.

i've started an advice thread in the cafe corner but since members keep on creating new threads it gets pushed back and i think that people don't notice it. If we have one, i believe it can bring more members to the board and help them realize that there is more to do on this site if you're a member other than just playing retro games and watching retro toons. and it can better someone else's life in the process.

what do you guys think?

Well, this forum is pretty much that, you know? But it would be nice to have , but seeing as everyone has an ask ....anything, I don't know how possible that is. I second that though, it is a very good idea. (Just my opinion)

I don't think it's needed, this section and Cafe Corner (mostly Cafe Corner) pretty much are the advice sections for that sorta stuff.
So long as a thread is still on the first page I think it is still noticeable.
There used to be a section called "Life In General", but I believe it didnt get much activity so it was scrapped in favour of Cafe Corner.
Or there are of course the "Ask x anything" threads, I think there are 6 at last count that are active (you just need to look).
Thats my opinion on it anyways.
