It looks a tad better than your last, imo. However, there are two suggestions I'd make. Change the text at the bottom to say "tgags123" (it says tgagas right now) and move the text for "Pokemon: Aquamarine Version" up a little higher so it doesn't obstruct the view of Rayquaza.
