I never use Skype anymore. I tried it once for video chatting and it didn't work. The call would last a whole 5 seconds before disconnecting. I used it to chat with Matthew2321 for a little bit, but I haven't used it in a really long time.

I've never used Skype and actually hate it quite a bit.  Then again, I've never been into video chatting, really. I simply feel too awkward and didn't grow up with that being a popular thing.

I don't know if it's because my OS is Windows 8, but I really did not understand the interface when I first tried to use it. It was confusing and annoying, and I'd much rather use something like google hangouts.

back when I had home internet, I used to go on Skype maybe 2 to 3 times per week. I would use Skpye when I was either streaming games with friends or uploading staright for Youtube. I haven'e been on Skype in a few weeks now though, but once I get awesome internet again, I do plan on using it a lot more often.

I use skype often, I almost always have it open and I'm welcome to any calls or messages and am hardly ever on busy.
When I'm in a proper skype call, it usually lasts at least 2 hours and my longest skype call time was around 7 hours.
