Hey everyone! So, recently, I spent a few hours playing Pokémon Trading Card Game 2 (in English, of course), and saved the game both within the game itself (i.e. the "diary" within the game), and double-clicking on the game window and clicking on "Save" from a drop-down menu. When I decided to start playing again, I found that neither attempt at saving my game worked, as after I got through the title screen, all that showed up was "New Game".

You can hit F2 to save the game and if you hit f4 to load the game.
Is this what you did?

Did you use a different computer? You need to use the same computer in order to load your previous saves.

No to both, I've been using my laptop (a MacBook Pro, the F2 button is used for increasing screen brightness, F4 is used to access a nifty little in-built app called "Dashboard"). I haven't been using F2 and F4 either, I saved in the game itself (literally "writing in the diary" as it is given in the game), and double-clicked on the game window until a drop-down menu appeared, which included "Save" and "Load", and selected "Save".I'll try using F2 and F4 later on, though since these two buttons already serve a particular function, I'm not sure if they will work with saving and loading the game. At which point do I use them (i.e. for example, if I want to load my hopefully saved game, do I press F4 on the title screen of the game?)

sjmw71 : You can use the F2 and F4 at any moment as long as your game screen is open. That means you can save when you have just used a good move, or when you just feel like it. I hope this has answered your question
