TheJmsGamer : I look at it this way, playing a horrible game, might help release that anger, rage, etc. Although a controller might go out the window, or into the wall, but yeah...that might be a way to calm the nerves lol

Often, i'll be something that is a vent for my frustrations though

When I'm in a bad mood I usually go to my room and just want to be by myself without doing anything at all. In my opinion silence can be really relaxing and it helps me to calm down.

But sometimes I might listen to a relaxing music and go to outside for a walk.

Peanut butter is good because it contains tryptophan, which reduces the effects of anxiety, stress, or depression.
It can also sometimes help to have a friend to chat with about what's putting you in a bad mood.

Thank you for posting on my thread and providing interesting information about peanut butter (had some on toast this morning) BUT I am going to have to say, please do not eat a spoonful of peanut butter. Few things gross me out more than seeing someone take a spoonful of whatever and put it in their mouth, and then put the spoon back into the food. Its basically double dipping but much more gross. Dont be that person, its a disgusting habit and it always leads to yelling and arguing and the losing of appetite. In fact, we literally hide a jar of peanut butter so that my dad doesnt do that to it. He has his own peanut butter because nobody in my family can stand when he does that. He has ruined taco night by doing that as well. Dont get into that habit, it is extremely off-putting.

Walk bare foot in the sand. And just be in a quiet natural environment, it helps a lot.
