it's an unusual question and I'll take my usual stand.  People crave and need attention, love, and acceptance from other human beings.

There's a story called "Cipher in the Snow" by Jean Mizer that discusses exactly what you're talking about.  I won't go into it but it's incredibly sad and shows the power of human interaction and connection.

I think if I had no friends, I would waste away and die at a very young age, very sad and lonely, and not caring.  I wouldn't develop social skills or be able to interact with anything and I would be extremely under-developed from a mental and physical standpoint.  I don't think I would want to run or play, I couldn't talk much.  It would be miserable.

I'm a very outgoing person and actually I'm feeling a bit anxious even now, since I haven't had much company today. But let's say I had no friends at all I'd probably kill myself after a while - sounds very scary but that is how I honestly feel. Of course I'd do a lot of mingling among people, desperately looking for people to communicate with, but it's never the same as having someone dear close to you.

Even thought I'm not the most social I do have friends. Without them I would feel lonely and I would probably go mad. I would have Jesus (God) but that would help, but yeah I would feel really lonely without my earthly friends.

I would probably be super shy, would have trouble with talking with others and I don't think I would exercise as much as I do now. I would probably spend all of my free time on Vizzed and get more addicted than I am now and I would have a lot of trouble getting away from computers.

Mm, well honestly ive been in this state before, and now looking back, it was awful. I was moody, depressed, anti-social I always felt disgusted in myself and most people around me (for no reason sometimes). I had more emotional experiences but I don't think I'll share them in this post. But when I tried to make an effort to make friends, it got much better. So that's what life was like for me but for every person, everyone would have a different experience in this situation.

If I had no friends I don't think I would have tried many things at life. I would have been an very biased person, would hate anything I didn't like without giving it a try.
