I believe that I have maxed out at eight people as far as hanging out goes. I usually hang out with around three to four other people though, so that eight is rather unusual for me.

In high school I would hang out with 8 people every single day. Sometimes more but never less, we were always together. Now-a-days I usually hang out with 2-4 when I go back to my hometown. I miss a lot of my old friends but sometimes life takes them away or has better plans for them.

I hung out with more than 11 at one time. It was when I was in high school at youth camp. Some were my "adopted siblings" so I did not include them. I am not related to them biologically but their mother is my Godmother so me and her children consider ourselves brothers and sisters. We had some good times.

Assuming Birthdays don not count... Let me think.

I would have to say 10, including myself. It was while I was stationed in Hawai'i. We got the 3 different groups I hung out with, packed up 2 cars, and went to the Water Park, Go karts, Beach, and then we went to Honolulu.

I hang out with like 15 people (not sure exactly how many people there are) at work/camp almost every day. We are CITs (counselors in training). We don't get paid :/ We stay with the kids for most of the day and then either at the beginning of the day or the end of the day we are given a break where we can hang out with the other CITs and do whatever we want. Anyway, that is when I hang out with the most people, and it is usually around 15 or so people.

I have hanged out with around 20+ people at the same time, but that was just for some of my classmates' birthday celebrations, we'd reserve a place that could handle 20+ customers for an hour or two and the whole section would eat and celebrate together. However, I don't really enjoy big gatherings. The largest amount I think I could enjoy my time with is around 4 and more than 5 is pushing it.

I usually don't keep track of this, but one of my more memorable experiences in college thus far was hanging out with 8-10 people in one dorm room. Depending on the personalities, it could be chaotic or could be the makings of some R-rated comedy with young people as the protagonists.
