Dvdshrink is getting on in years and is less reliable, shinkto5 is a later version based on the original but keeps up to today's technology.

I don't use it though, i only heard good things, i use DVDdycrypter. in combination with Cliprex DVD Player Professional, so i can watch IFO files straight from my computer.

Lastly i believe Dvd ripper programs are illegal in your country and possibly mine.

I've only used DVD Decrypter for DVD movies. The program is worthless without nero, because you need nero installed on your computer first, however, it'll let you do things Nero wont let you do (such as, easily get around copy prevention stuff).
