Hmm, the series has had a lot of memorable characters over the years, but if I had to narrow it down to just two:

Balthier: The was the best part about XII. I loved his carefree attitude, and I really loved his character development as well. I didn't care for FFXII as a whole, but this guy was great.

Auron: Number one ranked badass of the undead. This guy was one of the many great things about X. His backstory, mysterious vibe, and altogether badassiness made him one of the most memorable ever.
