First, I'm sorry if this is the wrong forum for this thread, but I don't know where it would otherwise go.

Yesterday, it for some reason acted as though I were logged out. I tried to log back on and gave confirmation that I was indeed logged in again, but then I went to the next screen and I suddenly was not logged in. I can still make posts so long as I type in my login information, but it's affecting the games I can play and I cannot edit my profile. Is there anyone in particular I should contact regarding this or is it something wrong on my end?

Well, first of all the section that this should go in is the Help/Question-Comment/Suggestion Forum.

Second, if you are using Safari, sometimes when you log in it does exactly what you're describing. If that's why, then you can just download Firefox and it should work fine.
