Oh I like so many different kinds though. parmezhan, american, colby, mozarella. This is a very hard question for me to answer but I think it is a tie between 3 of them.

There are quite a few cheeses I rather enjoy but if I had to pick just a few, I would have to say mozzarella, parmesan, and cheddar are some of my favorites. Cheese is just one of those foods that there have a variety to choose from and they are all unique and tasty in their own way. I like all 3 of those cheeses too much for me to just pick 1. Good topic for discussion by the way.

This question was actually quite tough for me. Every type of cheese I have tasted liked. But out of all of those cheeses, I would have to say that Swiss cheese is the best.

Provolone is my favorite cheese. It tastes awesome. It has a bit of a smokey taste, but not overly smokey to where its bleh. I've had provolone on a grilled cheese once, but I couldn't taste it :/ its better if it is cold and you let it warm up in your mouth while you chew it

Who in their right mind DOESN'T like cheese?!?!  Cheese goes good on EVERYTHING, desserts included. I think it's one of the few foods that I have not found an exception to the 'it goes good with everything' statement.  That being said, it is sooooo hard to pick a favorite!  If you put a gun to my head and made me pick a sole cheese, I think I would cry and give up.  

Baby Havarti has caught my attention recently though. It is really smooth and pleasant to the tastebud.
