So who likes cooking/shopping on an empty stomach? I think its great at the time but afterwards it sucks. Ive got a pizza in the oven right now, I put everything I could think of on it.. salami, ham, onion, capsicun, cheese (lots), tomato, mushrooms, egg, curry powder, chilli's and some sausage mince... Ive now just realised its probably not going to taste all that good when I take it out. Go figure..

Whos ever shopped or cooked before on an empty stomache? and was it rewarding afterwards?

It's worse when you eat a load of food then try to do stuff... Try eating a whole pizza then walking around you will feel 100 pounds heavier

It actually feels good on a empty stomach but when it starts making noises that is when it's not so fun and you start to feel like crap

I did.

Nope, not at all. Once, I became really hungry and got my allowance for a week spent. ( that costs 1000 pesos or about 21 us dollars)

Heh, if you shop on an empty stomach, you'll tend to buy more food than you normally would. If you cook on an empty stomach, you'll probably grow impatient. I've done only the latter, but I have patience for food.

I actually don't cook, I don't even wanna cook!! Because last time I looked after the stove when my Mom was doing something else for a second, I caught the burner on fire:'(:'(:'( my Mom had to rush & put it out with a couple small glasses of water!! I have refused to touch the stove ever since!!


& you should not do anything on an empty stomach, because it is not healthy!! You should always eat when your hungry!! & of course always eat 3 important meals everyday: Breakfast, Lunch, & Supper!!


But I skips breakfast on weekends & holidays from collage, I shouldn't but I do on holidays mostly, but don't anyone else skip breakfast or any other meals LOL seriously though!! & I will sometimes have something that is junk food for breakfast such as an oatmeal cookie thingy, a rice crispy cookie, or a chocolate chip muffin(in school is where I usually has breakfast by the way) I don't want anyone else to have junk food for breakfast either LOL!! Because I cares about you all!!

It pretty much sucks to cook food when you're starving. I tried it once, and it was an incredible struggle just to get through half of the recipe.

shopping while hungry makes just about everything look good
but it feels like torture when you have to cook

I don't shop, but when I am hungry, I feel it an oppertunity to cook. I like to cook lots, and when I'm hungry, it is usually better.

I don't really like doing anything on an empty stomach except for eating. When I'm really hungry and I cook, it makes me about 27 times more hungry. And JigSaw, you should try eating 18 peices of pizza (contest with my friends) and then playign basketball. It's difficult.

when i cook on an empty stomache i end up making like five things and i'm completely full after one or two of them... and i ALWAYS do it

I don't cook, but I do shop but never with an empty stomach, I think if had one while shopping, I take everything I need and FAST.

I don't really mind shopping on an empty stomach as my though of hunger just dozes off into the background.But if I cook on an empty stomach,I won't care if it's done or not I'll just eat it.

I am fine shopping on a empty stomach because it gives me something to look forward to when you cook and prepare the meal.

yes i did i slow cooked a curry on a empty stomach and it was torture the smell made me wanna just eat while it was not cooked but it was much more rewarding than if i had just cooked it normaly

um not me i hate to look at anything and not have anything to eat its just terrible. i just ate before i came to post so thats whats up!

When I shop/cook on an empty stomach I usually buy to much food/ cook to much food...

I prefer having a lot of small portions of food during the day.So, I don't really cook. That makes me feel good all the day, and I don't put on weight.
