A better idea is to write the global inbox and ask there. I don't want to be airing out users "dirty laundry" in public. Just as you probably wouldn't want me talking about you in public to other users.

Here's the info you need to know.

1. He was perma'd because it's a re-reg of a guy that I've been banning for like 2 years now and probably has had like 30 or more accounts.
2. I know it was him because I've been dealing with him for a long long time, and I've been working in the IT field for over 15 years.

Hope that helps shed some light on the issue.
