Java based GBC emulators cannot support some of the modes necessary to run the two Zelda Oracle games.
You will either have to wait for the emulators coder to update it or go to http://www.get-your-rom.com/ and download the game rom and a GBC emulator (I suggest VisualBoyAdvance for best compatibility)
