i want to know if even a person that is excellent, that haves 

personal excellence, he or she can or not be a person that

i dont like...

one day, i talked with a young adult, and his personality 

doesn´t pleased me, i knew that he has very high quality

of himself, but even with this, he doesn´t satisfied me, don´t

pleased me. it is possible to happen? or high quality people,

excellent people pleases everyone? i accept any answer, thanks, heartly, allan.

What do you exactly mean by high quality or excellent anyway? Is it about the business world, music industry, school,accomplished professional, personality or something else? People can be excellent in their own way but that doesn't mean they'd have excellent personalities as well, and it would always be impossible to please everyone and thus, perfection also becomes impossible.
