You can probably tell by the title, but Megaman The Wily Wars has a save feature, however, I save, and whenever I come back, I load it up, and everything I did is gone, I wanna unlock Wily Tower but can't, is it a glitch? Am I doing something wrong? Please help.

solidx123456 : This is probably because your browser cookies/cache is being cleared each time you close your browser or restart your PC. (If you are using the in-game save feature)

If you are using the plugin, you should just use the save-state feature built into the emulator. To save press F2, to load F4. Using this feature allows you to save and load at any point in the game.
