Cave noises creep me out I guess, but they usually tell you that you are near a cave or in a cave, so I don't mind if they stay.
It's not hard to delete the sounds if you hate them though.

Ambiance is a good friend of mine. I always used to jump whenever I heard it, especially when I heard the one that sounds like a choir in the distance. Nowadays, though, I've learned to love it for how it makes the game a little unnerving.

I have to say I was a little shocked when Pikachi suggested deleting noises... I never thought of that and don't know much about codes... but I think I might KIND of love that. haha. I absolutely can't STAND the sounds Endermen make. Now THOSE a creepy.  Ambiance noises though?  They only scare me a tiny little bit. 

I don't think I'd delete the noises even if I could, really though.  To me... having that 'scare' or excitement, is a large part of what makes the game fun. It's just one reason I can't enjoy creative mode all that much.
