Good day.Good morning.And good evening Pokefreaks...Guys i got a bit of a problem,You could call it somewhat of an itch.This itch is very specific in nature.Perhaps you could relate if you watch alot of movies,Read alot of books.Or hey even listen to alot of music.
You see recently i have been having an itch to review Pokemon that do not evolve from leveling up.You know from other methods,Such as trading,Or using a stone.The last time this itch was properly scratched was when i was doing what i like to refer to as "Season 1 of Pokemon reviews"
That was before my reviews got taken down.And that was when i reviewed a Pokemon known as Froslass.I had a TON of fun testing and reviewing that Pokemon.However...Nothing has really been able to scratch this itch ever since and its...kind of depressing.But a new Pokemon has awoken from its deep slumber to cure me of my affliction.That Pokemon is known as Electivire.So will it be able to cure me of this itch? Lets find out.?

Light: I have to admit..That was a pretty strong introduction.

Death the kid: Yes. it seems very well thought out.

Alright lets see this move-..oh come ON! once again this Pokemon learns moves at random,And once again for some weird reason.If you set this Pokemon's level below level 5.The game will crash...WHAT? I know i am using mods and hacks in the first place but...what?

Electric terrain
Ion Deluge
Fire punch
Quick attack
Leer
Thundershock
Low Kick

Alright lets get this done quick *Cracks knuckles* Electric terrain and Ion Deluge Sounds...Interesting,but they seem a bit to gimmicky and not really all that useful,Fire punch is excellent,Quick attack is decent,Leer is..okay,Thundershock is very good.And low kick is awesome.Please allow me to remind you that all of these moves are randomly generated,good luck.
That's odd.At level 5 this Pokemon learns Thundershock..But we just learned it.And at level 8 it will learn low kick...We just learned it,TIME SKIP-

Swift,12: Ah yes swift.One of the rather decent normal type moves in my "oh so humble opinion"This Move has a base attack damage of 60 and will almost always hit,Seriously this move will only miss when there is absolutely no way for the move to hit in the first place.Good move,pick it up.

Shock Wave,15: This move has a base attack damage of 60 and once again,WILL ALMOST NEVER MISS,Also its not effected by changes to accuracy and evasion stats.Take it,And replace thundershock with this move.

Thunderwave,19: This move is quite simple,It paralyzes the target..done,But it has 100% accuracy,Which is QUITE satisfying,It may not be worth picking up,Still its nice to have someway to slow the enemy done,Still its a bit situation oriented,So if you feel the need pick it up.However i don't exactly recommend it.

Electroball,22: Quite interesting this little move is.It does damage based on how faster the user is compared to the target,Once again i don't know the exact mathematics,However i am going to post a link down below,And based on how fast this Pokemon is,I would say its a bit situation oriented.

Light screen,26: UGH this move was always a bit hard for me to explain.So please forgive me if i mess it up,Basically this move doubles your special attack,if you get hit by a special attack move,Right? Oh screw it.Link down below,Don't trust me with this move.

Thunderpunch,29: This move has a base attack damage of 75 and has 100% accuracy,Also this move has a 10% chance of paralyzing the target,USE IT! USE IT!!!!

Discharge,36: This move has a base attack damage of 80,Has 100% accuracy,And finally has a 30% chance of paralyzing all targets,Also this hits everyone,Including Pokemon on your team so uh...Danger close guys,This is one of my favorite electric type moves.Pick it up.

Screech,42: Really...? We have such a strong start and your doing this....?

Thunderbolt,49: YAAAAY! My favorite electric type move,This move has a base attack damage of 95-...Wait..THEY NERFED IT!? But.B-But.Whatever...This move now has a base attack damage of 90 and has 100% accuracy,Also this move has a 10% chance of paralyzing the target.Why did they nerf this? Why? Whatever This move is still very good,So please use it.

Thunder,55: Alright.They may have taken down thunderbolt,But at least thunder is still the sa-...COME ON! AGAIN!? FINE! This move is now has a base attack damage of 110 And has 70% accuracy,I like accuracy over power,So i would just stick with thunderbolt.However its your choice.

Relinquish: Oh come on! Its just a few lives out of what? 7 BILLION PEOPLE!

Giga impact.65: Ah yes.Giga impact,The physical version of hyper beam.This move has a base attack damage of 150,And has 90% accuracy.Also you will have to wait a turn to recharge after using this move.So uh..i guess you can use it,However i would not pick it up,Still its a fun move to use every once in a while.
Alright so uh,That's not the final move,Its actually Electric terrain so...I don't have to tell you my thoughts on it right? I do? Well whatever,Its my review and i can do whatever i want.

Stats

Hp,75: Alright,Pretty decent,Its nothing that i can really praise,Yet not something i can really bash on,Its alright.

Attack,125: AWESOME! And it has a decent amount of attack moves to make use of this stat.Use it to its full effect.

Defense,67: Ugh...it sucks.

Sp.atk,95: Very good,So good that if you want to be a bit of a hybrid with attack moves.It should not be so hard.

Sp.Def,85: Good.I would prefer this stat be switched with its Defense stat.But this is alright.

Speed.95...umm..ugh..Its good,Yeah its pretty fast,I did not expect that btw,So good for you Electivire.

The best part about this Pokemon BY FAR! Is that it only has 1 weakness,That is wonderful.And its ground,So while it is common,You should not have to much of a problem with it,Really all you need is a water type,Fighting type.Ice type.Grass type,See? There are so many ways to counter it.

OH yes this Pokemon's leveling is,Rather slow.Be prepared.

And finally we have its ability,Motor drive.And i will admit,Its rather awesome.Everytime this Pokemon get's hit by an electric type move.Its speed stat will rise by 1 stage,Awesome...Like that is awesome,Still,I don't think the a.i is dumb enough to do that.Granted its dumb.But not that dumb.

Also we have its hidden ability,Vital spirit.This Pokemon cannot fall asleep.Which is awesome.That's all i need to say.

Um...Pick anything you want.

Thunderbolt: Its basically used to target water pokemon,Flying Pokemon.And any other type that is weak to electric types.

Charge beam or Volt switch:Charge does a decent bit of damage and raises your special attack stat,And if you use it right,You get can to absurdly powerful stats,On the other hand,I did have a fun time with volt switch,Its sort of The electric types answer to "Dig" As you can get a good bit of damage off,And escape,While also bringing in another Pokemon,really its your choice.However,I had a bit more fun with charge beam.If only because i feel like i mastered the move completely.

Earthquake: Its your main attack move,Done.Just spam the crap out of it until you actually need to think.
I would say this is a pretty good set,However.If you all have any suggestion,Please tell me.

Gyms Rival & Elite 4

Gyms: This Pokemon will be very effective in gyms,Later on.However,until you get about say...level 25,Its going to be a bit tough.But you can pull through,Just suck it up and take it....-Wait a minute could i do an Innuendo-

Seras: No.family site.Shut up or i shoot.

Rival : Alright,Your rival is most likely going to be a freaking BREEZE,Its not really that hard,However.Don't think this one Pokemon is a tank that can destroy most of your rivals Pokemon,Your going to have to switch out eventually.Just keep that in mind.

Elite 4: Should you take this Pokemon to the elite 4...Yeah,Its pretty solid,And it does not look like it can weigh you down that much.If at all.

Tips

1.As i have said before,This Pokemon is powerful.But it is by no means a tank that can destroy everything with no help what so ever.

2.Despite what this Pokemon's stat's may say,It can be a very good special attacker.All you need to do is Ev train a bit.

Final thoughts:
...its very good.

This Pokemon has a decent moveset.

Very good stats,That compliment the moveset to a reasonable degree.

A very good array of Tms and Hms.

And its very effective against the a.i

So the big question about this Pokemon is this.Has it scratched my itch...? Yes,But not good as Froslass,But its a very solid Pokemon,With Alot of good things going for it (ONE WEAKNESS!) But its just not as effective as i wanted it to be,And i hate to be whiny,But its just not that effective as some other Pokemon.
However does that make it a bad Pokemon? NO! Not by any means, Not even close,And On the contrary.It is powerful.It can do alot of damage,And its a good addition to your team if your looking for a good electric type,However its not worth going out of your way for it "Asap" take your time,And try getting it when you have the chance.And even though i really want to give this Pokemon a 4/5...i just can't i don't know why but there is just some voice in the back of my head that is telling me "Don't do it" Which is not really that odd,I Hear voices in my head all the time,As i am insane.But still i got to trust my gut,Well in this case my head.And this leads me to giving Electivire.And overall score of.

However,I am also giving This Pokemon the.Agent Of Awesomeness Badge,Now for those who don't know what this means,Here is the explanation,The Agent Of Awesomeness Badge,Does not mean that its the greatest Pokemon ever,It just means that its worth using at some point.That's all.

Its not really worth going out of your way to get
Stats feel a bit...odd

For alternate Pokemon recommendations i point you towards:

Magmortar: As the two are practically the same thing with there types switched around.
Raichu: While Electirive is clearly the superior Pokemon,Raichu feels a bit more...Shall we say solid than most Electric types.
Froslass: It may seem a bit weak,But trust me,It is awesome.

As for Pokemon that can be placed in the same party:

Alakazam: Alakazam is so good that it can be on practically any team,And he will be effective.
Basically any water type: I would say that 75%% of all water types are good,And you can put any of them on a team.
And i uh..don't have any other recommendation.
