(Edit! The spell check on this wasn't working. Sorry about that. I did spell check though.) So I am going to do a redo on mega man maverick hunter X but this time it will be a two patter because I am reviewing the double pack! So I wanted to be a little nicer on Maverick hunter X, SINCE I watched it on 4/13/14 (today well when I watched the game and when I made this) so lets begin!
Graphics: 10. Since this game had better graphics then the original, I would give this a 10. The Cut scenes on this game was AMAZING! I did like the ending! Also on Vile's version, um his ending was BAD! I tell you, BAD! Talk about a good remix with a bad ending for the Anti-hero.
Sound: 10. oh my lans! I love the music on this game. When I listen to variable X, I think of my oc, Leala, but wait...Leala is based off of a Zelda Charter. Not a mega man X. ANYWAYS! The music in the game is a remix from the original! But in Rock man Irregular Hunter X, the opening theme is Don't wanna be.
Addictiveness: 10. This game is one of my favorites when I want music, but the game it self? I LOVE THIS GAME! This is my second favorite Mega man X game. My fourth favorite game if you ask my what my favorite games are.
Story: 10. the story of this game starts off with The day of Sigma. In the OVM (original Video game Movie,) its Starts off with a maverick machanaloid and the Maverick hunters are trying to stop it. And during that, one of the hunters got caught by the Machanaloid. The OVM its self it funny until the VERY END. Then it gets brutal, Sad, Angry, and odd (if you don't know the Storyline.) the OVM is 25 minutes long. Unless you have a lot of time to sit down on a nice warm couch and watch it (on the PSP or on the you tube app for the 3DS,) its it time consuming.
Depth: 10. The game looks like it is very fun, funny, and amusing. But it sometimes takes about an hour or so to finish the game. If you are going to do a long play of this game, you should try out the game first. That way, you know where everything is and it also helps to know the bosses weakness. Let me give you a quick tip, The weakness in the last game (mega man X1) are in the same in Maverick hunter X and the leg capsule in Chill penguin's stage is in Flame Mammoth's Stage. Also, in this game, Boomer Qwangar is now Boomerang Qwanger and one last tip. YOU HAVE TO BEAT VILE IN THE BEGUINING OF THIS GAME!
Difficulty: 6. the difficulty in this game isn't very hard actually. You can change the Difficulty in the beginning of this game. There is Normal and Hard mode. I recommend normal mode if you are new to this game!
Humor (Not listed) :10. The Humor in this game is a 10 because of the funny lines. Here are the funny lines (in my opinion):
(when defeated) Launch octopus: Even my explosion is beautiful.
(before/during Battle)(note: this is not an insult. This is a line from the game! Flame mammoths dilouge with X) X: FLAME MAMOTH, YOUR STUPID! Flame mammoth: bwahahahahahaha. I should stop right there with the dilouges.
Overall: 10. This game is the coolest game ever and to be continued.
