I can't quite answer your first question, but there are some people on this site who how to use that program. You should try asking them. As for programming or coding a game, it's not an easy task. You first have to learn "how" to code and then "what" coding to use. Your best bet is to search around the internet for guidance and tutorials. Here's something I found fairly quick dealing with introductions to C++ programming:

http://www.cs.washington.edu/homes/tom/c++example/

You can look through that and get an idea of what you'd be dealing with. Another way of learning is by looking up Flash game Tutorials. Thousands of people have easily made games for Flash and it's a very common thing to do these days.

To get an avatar you need to either make an image find one on the internet. If you make one or have one saved to your computer you'll need a web hoster/image host to host the file. Photobucket.com is an excellent site for this. All you need to do is create an account there (it's free) and upload you picture to the site. From there you can copy the url for the image and put it in the avatar box in your profile editing page here. Otherwise, a cool trick I learned a long time ago is to copy the image url from website itself and use that.

This site has a pretty good beginning tutorial.
This database tutorial might be helpful too.

And I'm sure there are dozens of others floating around the web.

Good luck with your game!

Well errrr, sorry because I can't help you now, I'll try to make a video, but I'll need a program to record first.

(Why not search in youtube?)

the more homework and time you do or use the better your games are.
