The food group I think people eat the most of us the vegetable group. I think this because people are often told as children eat your vegetables their good for(which they actually are). Another reason why I think vegetables are eaten the most out of the food groups is because they are the cheapest and most healthy type of food out of the main food groups.

Probably simple things like pizza, cheeseburgers, or things that are easy to make. Most people probably have fast food because they are always on the go and it doesn't take very long to make. I agree that most people just eat Mcdonald's, it is okay to have every once in a while which is what I do, but on a daily basis, it is a bad thing.

Wheat, grains and all that stuff. They are in most foods so I beleive that they get eaten the most.

Another thing is dairy. Cheese is combined with so many foods... mainly ones that have some sort of bread.

Grains are number 1 by a lot, then it could go any way... there are a lot of people who refuse to eat meat, and there are a lot of people who dont like eating vegis, and there are plenty people to who either cant or choose not to eat dairy.
