What is the best game from the Shin Megami Tensei series of games that you've enjoyed the most.

Yes, this can include spinoffs such as Persona, Devil Summoner, and the many others.

Mine is Persona 4, more specifically Golden. I've delved so many hours into that game. I've fallen in love with the gameplay, the sound, the story, the characters, the everything. It's one of the best games I've ever played.

Hands down, I would have to say nocturne, I spent quite a bit of time trying to beat it, but in the end I had to stop playing and ended up losing it. That game to me was all about combining and trying to get the best demons. I admit I love digital devil saga as well, but the set transformations really killed it for me. Still an amazing franchise due to the use of the culture and creatures.
